We do not ship outside of the UK. All UK orders are posted via Royal Mail 1st Class, Royal Mail Tracked 48 or other courier service. Your items should be with you within 2-3 working days from dispatch. Please be aware that Royal Mail delays beyond our control do occur over Christmas and other busy periods.

We will always do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can’t guarantee them due to carrier delivery delays. 

Packaging

We carefully package every order so that it arrives with you in the best possible condition. We reuse packaging wherever possible, in order to reduce waste and minimise our carbon footprint. Please excuse the appearance, the contents of the package will still be the carefully protected, quality product that you expect from us.

We encourage our customers to reuse our packaging wherever possible too.

Cancellations

If you would like to amend or cancel your order, please email [email protected]. Include your order details and reason for cancellation. Please note that if the order has already been processed then it may not be possible to cancel it, but we will always try our best to help. 

Please note that if the delivery address you enter is incorrect and you do not email to rectify the issue, then you will be charged delivery again to send it to the correct address.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. Please include your order number (proof of purchase), name and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, unless faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges . Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any postal losses when returning products and we recommend a tracked service. We will however always endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including :

  • earrings (unless faulty or damaged), for hygiene and safety reasons 
  • perishable goods (such as food products)
  • custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)
  • personal care goods (such as beauty products)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges 

We can only exchange items if they arrive faulty or damaged. Exchanges are made to the original purchaser only.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
